Apex Microtechnology's PA88, a 450 V, 100 mA Power Amplifier with Low Standby Current

The PA88 is a 450V power operational amplifier that exhibits a very low 2mA of "standby" quiescent current targeted for high voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers, and electrostatic transducers. This MOSFET power amplifier can deliver output currents up to 100mA.

The PA88A is the A grade version that provides enhanced performance in the areas of offset voltage, bias current and offset current. The PA88 series is a hybrid product design housed in an electrically isolated, hermetically sealed, 8-pin TO-3 metal package. For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.
