 VRE302 Data Sheet

The VRE302 series of low cost, zener-based precision voltage references provides an ultra stable +2.5V output with ±0. mV (.016%) initial accuracy. This improvement in accuracy is made possible by a unique proprietary multipoint laser compensation technique. Significant improvements have been made in other performance parameters, including warm-up drift, line regulation, and long-term stability, to make this series the most accurate and stable references available in an industry standard 8-pin DIP package.

Temperature coefficients are as low as 1.0ppm/°C over the full industrial (0°C to +70°C) or hi-rel industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range depending on the model and grade. This series is recommended for use as references for 14, 16, or 18 bit D/A converters which require an external precision reference. The device is also ideal for calibrating scale factor on high resolution A/D converters.
