Apex Microtechnology's PA99, a 2500V, 50mA Power Operational Amplifier

The PA99 is a hybrid high voltage power operational amplifier designed to target the expanded voltage supply demands of power supply and ATE applications. The PA99 is capable of operating on a maximum voltage supply of 2500V and provides output voltages beyond 2400Vpp. In terms of output current delivery, the PA99 can provide 50mA of continuous current, but the SOA must be managed for thermal conditions. Under typical operating conditions, the PA99 can achieve slew rates of +25V/µs. The PA99 is packaged in a 12-pin hermetically sealed PowerDIP package with a footprint measuring just 1.6” x 3.7”. The PowerDIP package enables efficient cooling of the amplifier when operating in conditions where power loss within the device is significant.
