Very High Voltage 450V, Low 2mA Standby Current Power Amplifier
The PA88 is a 450 V power operational amplifier that exhibits a very low 2 mA of quiescent current targeted for high voltage applications including instrumentation, piezoelectric transducers, and electrostatic transducers. This MOSFET power amplifier is also designed for output currents up to 200 mA.
The PA88A is the A grade version to provide enhanced performance in the areas of offset voltage, bias current and offset current. The PA88 series is a hybrid product design housed in an electrically isolated, hermetically sealed, 8-pin TO-3 metal package. For continuous operation under load, a heatsink of proper rating is recommended.
